Support The BPO

Annual Fund

Annual Fund

With an illustrious history of service to Western New York dating back to 1935, your BPO achieved two of its greatest milestones this past year. As we celebrated 10 years of leadership under the baton and vision of JoAnn Falletta, the BPO garnered the highest honor possible in the music industry – two Grammy Awards for its recent recording of the work of American composer John Corigliano. This news, coming on the heels of the successful $30 million endowment campaign led by Angelo Fatta, has truly confirmed the BPO’s place in the cultural history of our community.

We invite you to play a similarly important role in the life of the BPO by making a tax-deductible contribution to the 2009-2010 Annual Fund. The $3.6 million raised is unrestricted support for the operating budget and is applied to all BPO programs. BPO donors are the life-blood of the orchestra and without the thousands upon thousands of contributors, achievements such as this would simply not be possible.
