Subscribers receive a number of important benefits:
Subscribers receive a discount on the face value of the tickets and also save on handling fees. Subscribers pay a flat $10 handling fee for their entire order, no matter how many seats they order. This represents savings of up to $35 on a pair of 5-concert Classics packages or up to $53 on a 7-concert Pops. Standard subscriber discounts are 10-20% off face value.
Subscription tickets may be exchanged for free – even across the Classics and Pops series* – into all but two concerts on the schedule (Opening Night with Midori and Lang Lang’s Buffalo Debut, or upgraded for s $5 fee into Holiday Pops or Classical Christmas.
* First-time subscriber Classics subscribers’ transfers into the Pops series are limited.
Subscribers have ticket insurance. If you have lost or forgotten your tickets, you can pick them up at the Box Office free of charge.
Subscribers are given early access to tickets and discounts to all BPO concerts and events – including the BPO season, Nutcracker at Shea’s, Artpark and our annual Rock Tributes.
Subscribers can also take advantage of discounts at local businesses through our Keys to the City campaign.
