Scott Stenclik
Scott Stenclik serves as President & CEO of Aleron Group and CEO of Acara Solutions. Since joining Aleron in 1986, Scott has helped the company evolve into one of the area’s largest and highest-performing workforce solutions and talent acquisition providers. The organization has expanded its footprint to include offices in 30 cities across the U.S., along with global operations in Canada, Mexico, and 10 other countries in Asia, EMEA, and South America.
Scott has long been committed to the success of the Western New York community, and was named to Buffalo Business First’s Power 250 list for his influence on the city of Buffalo. He sits on the Board of several not-for-profit organizations, including the Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology, Buffalo Museum of Science, TechBuffalo, and serves as Board Chair of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Scott is actively involved in the region’s startup business community through organizations such as 43North, Endeavor, and LaunchNY. He serves on Varia Ventures’ Advisory Board and is also a member of Buffalo Angels through the WNY Venture Association. In 2016 he founded Viaduct, which helps to solve critical talent challenges of startup and emerging business in upstate New York and southern Ontario. Prior to joining Aleron, Scott worked as a CPA in Ernst & Young’s NYC audit practice before transitioning to the firm’s tax practice in its San Francisco office. Scott primarily provided tax consulting services to Bay Area venture capital firms. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
