Patrons requiring special assistance are urged to contact the BPO Box Office at (716) 885-5000 prior to attending the concert. We are here to assist you.
Arrival and Parking
Guests may be dropped off next to the building on the Pennsylvania side for easy access to the Hall. Accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please notify the attendant upon arriving of your needs. Our staff is here to ensure you arrive safely and comfortably.
Seating
Wheelchair-accessible seating is located on the main floor. Please note, there is no elevator to the balcony level. To purchase accessible seating, please call our Box Office at (716) 885-5000, and acknowledge that you or a member of your party requires accessible seating.
Hearing Assistance
Augmentative hearing devices are available at coat check. Noise-muffling headphones are also available at coat check throughout performances.
Visual Assistance
Large print repertoire pages for BPO performances are available at coat check.
Restrooms
There is a private, accessible restroom on the main floor. Accessible stalls are also available in the general restrooms on the upper and lower levels. Kleinhans does have an elevator to take you to the lower level restrooms and restaurant space. Our ushers will be happy to direct you.
BPO Exceptional Kids
In partnership with the staff of Oishei Children’s Hospital The Children’s Guild Foundation Autism Spectrum Disorder Center, the BPO works to make the BPO Kids Family Concerts more accessible and comfortable for all children, specifically those with autism spectrum disorders who face unique challenges.
Additional Assistance
The Kleinhans Music Hall ushers and staff are happy to assist any patrons needing additional assistance. When you arrive at Kleinhans, please ask any usher for the assistance you need in finding your seat or generally finding your way around the hall. Please note that usher staff and volunteers are not able to provide personal attendant services.
