This concert also features selections from Leonard Bernstein’s famous\nWest Side Story\, a musical known for its powerful story about the impacts of intolerance. \nThis program aligns with New York State Next Generation Learning Standards for ELA and Literacy and NYS Social Studies Standards.

Concertmaster Nikki Chooi masterfully leads Beethoven’s monumental Violin Concerto in D major\, celebrated for its improvised cadenzas.
