Pride at the Falls at Goat Island
Celebrate WorldPride and Stonewall 50 at a natural wonder, Niagara Falls State Park, America’s oldest state park. Your BPO will proudly perform the hits of Aretha Franklin, Gloria Gaynor, and other favorites beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the East Meadow on Goat Island. Concertgoers are welcome to bring folding chairs and blankets, and are encouraged to arrive early. At 10:00 p.m., a fireworks show will commence and the Falls will be lit in rainbow colors!
In the event of inclement weather, the show will go on in the auditorium of the Niagara Falls High School (4455 Porter Rd., Niagara Falls, NY 14305). Please check the Niagara Falls State Park Facebook page that day to confirm.
Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, WorldPride 2019 is being hosted in New York City throughout the month of June. It is the first WorldPride to be hosted on United States soil, and the second North American WorldPride in the event’s nearly 20-year history.
Pride at the Falls is being presented proudly by Niagara Falls State Park, Delaware North and I Love NY.
