Group Tickets: Frequently Asked Questions

We’ll work with you and your budget to make your event affordable and fun! We can offer suggestions regarding places to eat, other attractions to make a day of it, and transportation. We provide first-class service to make your trip to Kleinhans the best it can be.

Savings

Groups can save 15% or more on regular ticket prices, and the handling and processing fees on each ticket are waived. (Please note, a $2 Kleinhans Music Hall restoration applies to each ticket.)

What qualifies as a group?

All you need is ten or more to qualify as a group. Call a friend who calls a friend, and before you know it, you have a group. You’ll be on your way to a fun-filled day and memories galore. Contact us to discuss your group needs at (716) 885-5001 or groupsales@bpo.org.

What if I need help getting my group going?

If you would like a representative from the BPO to speak at one of your group’s meetings, please call (716) 885-5001 and we’ll arrange for a speaker.

How do I get started?

Your Group Sales personal concierge is ready and waiting for your call to guide you through the process from beginning to end and can provide you with a group leader kit containing materials to help you promote the concert to your group. You can reach a personal concierge Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

How far in advance can I order tickets?

No time is too soon. We can hold reservations for your group with a simple phone call. Advance ordering is the key to good seats. Don’t delay, call today!

Does my group have to sit in the same section?

We are happy to accommodate the needs of your group with respect to price point and location.

How do I pay?

Group sales will gladly accept payment by credit card over the phone. Call (716) 885-5001. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We will also accept your check payable to the BPO and mailed to the attention of:

Cash payment is accepted at the box office. Box office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM until 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until 1 PM. The box office is located at the Porter Avenue entrance to Kleinhans Music Hall, 3 Symphony Circle, Buffalo 14201.

When is my payment due?

Shortly after you make your group reservation, you will receive an invoice with a request for a deposit. The balance and final count are due 30 days prior to the date of the show.

What time do the doors open for Coffee Concerts?

Doors open at 8:30 AM for Friday coffee concerts. Come by early to enjoy complimentary coffee and donuts. The concert starts at 10:30 and is over by 12:30.

How do I receive my tickets?

Have it your way! We are happy to mail them to the address of your choice (within the continental U.S. or Canada) or we can have them waiting for you at Will Call.

What time is Will Call open?

On the day of the show, the Will Call window is open between 60 to 90 minutes before the show.

After I make my reservation, can I change the size of my group (up or down)?

Absolutely! We are happy to work with you to make adjustments up or down until the due date of the final payment (around 30 days prior to the show date).

Where can I grab a bite to eat before or after the show?

From lunch after a coffee concert to pre-show dinner, your personal concierge can recommend restaurants that will please even the most discerning palate while meeting your budgetary needs.

Do you have handicap accessible seating?

Yes, Kleinhans Music Hall has designated seating areas for patrons in wheelchairs (and their companions). Please inform your personal concierge while planning your group needs.

Where do the buses park?

Whenever possible, arrangements are made for parking onsite. Overflow parking for buses is located at Front Park on Porter Ave.
