Subscriber & Donor Appreciation Concert

Wed Aug 4, 7:30pm

A favorite annual event, Maestro JoAnn Falletta has curated an exciting program of works by Bartók, Wagner, Grieg, William Grant Still, and more! BPO musicians Jacek Muzyk and Daniel Kerdelewicz perform Witt’s Concerto No. 3 in F major for Two Horns and Orchestra, and soprano Jenna Abati joins us for “Song to the Moon” from Dvořák’s Rusalka and a Puccini aria from La Boheme. As a special bonus, you will have the chance to vote in advance for your favorite work to be performed! Click here to cast your vote.

Live seating for this event is now available to all current 20-21 season subscribers and donors. Seating is general admission, first-come, first served. For those who wish not to attend in-person, this concert will also be live-streamed and available to watch during the performance.

The safety of our musicians, staff, volunteers and community continues to be our #1 priority, and we will continue to follow all local, state and federal COVID-19 guidelines. As of June 15, Governor Cuomo has announced that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. Per current guidelines, we are no longer socially spacing seating, no longer requiring proof of vaccine or negative test at the door, and no longer requiring masks for our patrons at Kleinhans Music Hall. Although they are not mandated at this time, we strongly recommend all patrons, even if vaccinated, wear masks while inside at Kleinhans Music Hall. We encourage all patrons to check our website regularly, and to subscribe to our e-mail list for the latest news and updates, as these guidelines are subject to change.
