Tammy Gaines serves as the Program Coordinator for the African American Cultural Center (AACC) and has been affiliated with the Center for over 25 years. She helped foster and develop the longstanding relationship between the AACC and the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and serves as the main liason between the two organizations.
