Directions
Kleinhans Music Hall is located at 3 Symphony Circle, Buffalo, NY 14201. The hall is adjacent to Allentown and the Garden Walk District on Buffalo’s historic West Side. We like to say it’s the heart of Buffalo’s arts and culture district.
From the North
Take I-190 S to Exit 9. Continue on Porter Avenue approximately 1 mile to Kleinhans Music Hall.
From the South
Take I-190 N to Exit 8. Merge onto Niagara Street, and follow approximately 1 mile to Porter Avenue. Turn right on Porter, and follow less than 1 mile to Kleinhans Music Hall.
From the East
Take the I-90 W to NY-33 W to the Best Street Exit. Turn right on Best Street and follow for approximately 2 miles (Best Street becomes Summer Street). Turn left onto Richmond Avenue. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Porter Avenue at Kleinhans Music Hall.
Parking
Kleinhans Music Hall parking lots are $10 during most BPO events. Parking at Friday morning coffee concerts is $5. Parking for Sunday afternoon BPO Kids concerts is free.
Note: Kleinhans Music Hall uses card payments. All transactions at Kleinhans Music Hall – including parking, concessions, and gift shop – are cashless.
FREE Shuttle Service from D’Youville University
Park and ride from D’Youville University Lot E (260 Connecticut St.)* for SELECT Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. The lot is less than a quarter of a mile away from the hall, and the shuttle provides a quick and easy way to get to the hall without walking. Parking and shuttle service are free of charge for BPO patrons. Shuttle service begins 90 minutes before and ends 30 minutes following the concert.

Symphony Shuttle

Avoid driving downtown! Enjoy shuttle service to and from Kleinahns on SELECT evening concerts. To purchase your shuttle reservation, call (716) 885-5000 and select option #1. Shuttle leaves promptly at 6:30pm from the rear of the lot near the water tower.
