Mobile tickets are fast, flexible, and eco-friendly. You’ll never worry about forgetting your tickets at home, and you’ll help us reduce printing and mailing costs – allowing us to put more resources into the music you love.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

📲 Do I need to add my tickets to a digital wallet?

Nope! You can open your tickets from a link in your confirmation or pre-concert email. Adding to Apple or Google Wallet is optional — but convenient.

💾 How do I save and use my tickets?

You have several options:
Add to Wallet: Tap “Add to Wallet” on your device. Your ticket will appear automatically before the event.
Take a Screenshot: Capture the full ticket and barcode to use at the door.
Print Your Ticket: Use the “Print” button on the ticket page.
Show on Phone: Open the ticket from your email and present it at the door.

🔄 Will my ticket update if there are changes?

Online ticket: Updates automatically.
Google Wallet: Updates automatically.
Apple Wallet: You’ll need to re-add the ticket.
Screenshots/Printed tickets: These don’t update — check your online ticket for the latest info.

🖨️ Can I print my tickets?

Yes! Just click the “Print” button on the ticket page. They’ll print in black and white, with multiple tickets per page.

🌐 Will I need internet or cell service at the event?

Only if you’re opening the ticket from your email. If you’ve saved it to your wallet or taken a screenshot, you’re good to go without service.

🔁 Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Our system doesn’t support direct transfers, but you can:

  • Take a screenshot and send it to your friend
  • Print the ticket and hand it to them

⚠️ Important: Each ticket is valid for one scan only. If you share a digital ticket, only the first version scanned will be accepted.
