Mobile Ticketing
We’re excited to announce that mobile tickets are now available for all BPO events! With mobile tickets, you can easily access and use your concert tickets right from your phone. Read through the FAQs below for step-by-step instructions and helpful tips on how to use your mobile tickets.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to add my tickets to a digital wallet?
No, you don’t have to! You can open your tickets from a link in your confirmation or pre-concert e-mail. While adding your ticket to an Apple or Google Wallet is convenient, it’s not required. If you prefer, you can take a screenshot, print your ticket, or simply pull it up on your phone.
How do I save and use my tickets?
You have a few options:
- Add your ticket to Apple or Google Wallet
• Tap the “Add to Wallet” button on a device with a digital wallet. Once added, the ticket will appear automatically on your device before the event, so you won’t need to search for it.
• Your screen will automatically brighten when showing a mobile ticket, making it easy for us to scan at the door. - Take a screenshot
• Scroll until the full ticket and barcode are visible on your phone, then take a screenshot. You can use the image at the event, and you can do this for each ticket. - Print your tickets
• You can print your tickets by using the “Print” button at the top right corner of the online ticket page. The tickets will print in black and white without images or background colors. Multiple tickets will print per page. - Use the online ticket as-is
• Simply pull up the online ticket from the link in your confirmation or pre-concert e-mail, and show it at the door on your phone. The ticket is already optimized for mobile, so it’s easy to scan.
After that, your ticket will be scanned and you’re all set to enjoy the concert!
Will my ticket update if there are changes to the event?
It depends on how you’re viewing your ticket:
- Online ticket: The information updates automatically each time you load the page.
- Google Wallet: Your ticket will automatically update with any changes.
- Apple Wallet: Tickets don’t update automatically, so you’ll need to re-add the ticket to reflect any changes.
- Screenshots/printed tickets: These don’t update. If changes happen, you’ll need to go back to your online ticket to get the latest version.
Can I print my tickets?
Yes, your tickets can still be printed. Click the “Print” button at the top right corner of the online ticket page.
Will I need internet or cell service to access my tickets at the event?
If you’ve added your ticket to Apple or Google Wallet or saved a screenshot, you won’t need internet or cell service. However, if you plan to access the ticket from the link in your e-mail, you will need internet or cell service. If you’re concerned about spotty service, we recommend saving your ticket in advance.
Does adding my ticket to a digital wallet make the other versions of my ticket invalid?
No, adding your ticket to a digital wallet won’t affect any other versions. Whether you use a screenshot, the printed ticket, or your ticket in the digital wallet, they’ll all work as long as the ticket hasn’t been scanned yet and is still valid.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Our ticketing system doesn’t allow direct ticket transfers. However, you can share your ticket by taking a screenshot and sending it to your friend, or by printing the ticket and giving it to them in person.
Are mobile tickets accessible?
Yes! All text on your mobile or online ticket can be read by screen readers, ensuring everyone has access to the same information. Google Wallet also has features that ensure text is easy to read, and Apple Wallet uses our ticketing site’s colors, which are designed to be accessible.
